Cory and Gillian were married at Travis Marina, a waterfront venue located in Sausalito, just north of San Francisco. The marina sits directly beneath the Golden Gate Bridge and features a weathered boathouse and an upstairs bar overlooking the Bay. It was a stunning San Francisco Wedding day filled with laughter, dancing, and good food.
Everything about the day was true to them. Beautiful. Intentional. Unbelievably Cool.

About the Venue: Travis Marina, San Francisco Wedding Venue
Travis Marina is part of the Presidio Yacht Club. It used to be a working marina; now it’s a wedding venue with more character than you can imagine. You’ll find it in Sausalito, on the edge of the San Francisco Bay – just a few windy roads away from the city.
The upstairs space includes a dive bar decked with nautical flags, vintage wood-paneled walls, and a disco ball hanging above the dance floor. Although – I’m not sure if the disco ball is included – it might be BYOD (Bring your own Disco) The room is wrapped with windows, which make for the most insane view of the water and the Golden Gate Bridge.
It’s not your typical venue. That’s the point. This venue is perfect for couples planning a San Francisco wedding who want something different and unique, and hope for photos dripping with character.

Getting Ready and Arrivals
The couple arrived ready for the day. Gillian wore a dress by Kamperette. The groom wore a tailored suit, like all good grooms should. Guests gathered in the main bar area before the ceremony began with the bride emerging from the boat house. Music played overhead as guests mingled and sipped cocktails until the party was ready to start.

Handmade Details and Late-Night Pizza
The groom made every flower pot centerpiece by hand.
They served fresh paella to guests.
Late-night pizza came out after the dancing started.
There were no overdone timelines or trendy decor. Just real things shared with real people.
And when the sun went down, they stepped outside for cigarettes and chit chat. The Golden Gate lit up in the background – reminding us all just how lucky we are to be here.

Photographing With Intentionality
We don’t pose more than you need. We don’t over-direct. That’s not our approach.
At Noble Photo Co., we photograph weddings the way they happen. That means giving space. Letting people be and capturing what unfolds. Real, candid wedding photography. We have a knack for pulling beauty out of even the most camera-shy couple.
As always, we used a mix of film and digital to document this day.
The kind of photos we created are the ones you can feel.
Honest. Slightly imperfect. Timeless.

Travis Marina as a San Francisco Wedding Venue
Here’s the truth – I LOVE this venue. Its not the bougiest place in the world – but it is certainly one of the coolest. Oozing with character and ready to be dressed up, but not in dire need of much decor at all – the Travis Marina is waiting for the next rad couple to call it their wedding venue.
